Act P.L.308), entitled "An act appropriating the sum of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars to the city of Philadelphia, toward the erection of buildings for the care and maintenance of feeble-minded and idiotic persons in said city, to be known as the Philadelphia Institution for the Feeble-Minded."
