Short Title:
An Act requiring all child day-care facilities in this Commonwealth to have one or more persons competent in first aid techniques and under certain circumstances cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) at the facility when one or more children are in care; and providing for inspections, for liability insurance and for criminal and child abuse information.
