Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 2, 1993 (P.L.439, No.64), known as the Ben Franklin/IRC Partnership Act, further providing for policy, for definitions for the Ben Franklin/IRC Partnership and Advisory Board, for the Ben Franklin/IRC Partnership Fund, for industrial resource centers, for technology centers, for certification, for grants, for matching funds, for reporting and for transfer of functions.
