Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.805, No.247), known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, further providing for the purpose of the act; adding certain definitions; further providing for preparation of the comprehensive plan, for compliance by counties, for zoning ordinance provisions and for zoning purposes; and providing for development and implementation of an integrated water resources plan.
