Short Title:
An Act authorizing the incurring of indebtedness, with the approval of the electors, of $1,500,000,000 for the acquisition, construction, repair, rehabilitation and improvement of water supply and sewage treatment systems, for the alleviation of acid mine drainage for open space preservation and for farmland preservation; establishing the Infrastructure Improvement Grant Program under the administration of the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority; and providing additional funds to the Department of Environmental Protection for the alleviation of acid mine drainage, to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for open space and to the Department of Agriculture for farmland preservation.
