Short Title:
An Act authorizing and directing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to the Student Association, Inc., a certain tract of land situate in the Borough of California, Washington County, in exchange for a certain tract of land; authorizing and directing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Environmental Protection and the Governor, to grant and convey to Moosic Realty Company, certain lands situate in the Borough of Moosic, County of Lackawanna; and authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Corrections and the Governor, to grant and convey to the County of Westmoreland a tract of land situate in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County.
