Short Title:
A Resolution directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a comprehensive review and evaluation of the financial feasibility of expanding the scope of the Workers' Compensation Security Fund Act and to explore alternative funding mechanisms to provide for emergency workers' compensation for injured workers who are left without benefits because their employers were uninsured at the time of the injury and to determine the extent to which employers who fail to carry coverage are investigated and prosecuted within this Commonwealth.
