A Resolution urging the President of the United States, the Department of the Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Governor of Pennsylvania to further respond to a fuel-oil spill crisis in Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, to declare the affected area a national disaster area and to purchase the homes of citizens within the affected area.
