An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for carrying and exhibiting driver's license on demand, for expiration and renewal of drivers' licenses, for notice of change of name or address, for required financial responsibility and for vehicle insurer cancellations and penalties; providing for avoidance of traffic signals at intersections and for inspection of waste transportation vehicles or waste trailers; and further providing for scope and application of size, weight and load provisions.
