An Act amending the act of December 18, 1984 (P.L.1005, No.205), known as the Municipal Pension Plan Funding Standard and Recovery Act, amending the title; further providing for definitions and for actuarial valuation reports; providing for certification of municipal pension costs; further providing for funding of defined, self-insured benefit plans, for State funding of municipal pension plans, for the financially distressed municipal pension plan procedure and for the financially distressed municipal pension system recovery program; and providing for in-service retirement option plans.
