An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the offenses of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault and for sentences for offenses against elderly persons and infant persons.
