Short Title:

An Act providing for pharmaceutical assistance for the elderly, for pharmaceutical purchasing, for limited prescription drug redistribution within certain health care facilities, for a single pharmacy benefits manager to administer certain prescription programs and for the establishment and administration of the Pennsylvania Extraordinary Prescription Plan; imposing additional powers and duties on the Department of Aging, the Department of Health and the Secretary of Administration; and making repeals.
