Short Title:
An Act providing for the assumption by the Department of Transportation of the operation, maintenance, construction and reconstruction functions of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and for the assumption by the Commonwealth of the financing functions of the commission; providing for transfer to the Department of Transportation and the Governor of land, buildings, personal property and employees of the commission; providing for the abolition of the commission and the offices of Turnpike Commissioner; and making repeals.
