An Act providing for the establishment, implementation and administration of a Statewide homestead property tax relief program; allocating certain surplus revenues to the Homestead Property Tax Relief Fund; imposing additional powers and duties on the Auditor General, the State Treasurer, the Secretary of the Budget, the Department of Community and Economic Development, school districts and county assessors; and providing for penalties for false or fraudulent applications.
