Short Title:
A Concurrent Resolution memorializing the Congress of the United States to maintain vigorous oversight to ensure the implementation and execution of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 is consistent with the letter and spirit of the act; and requesting the United States Departments of Labor, Education and Health and Human Services to implement and execute the provisions of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 in a manner consistent with the letter and spirit intended by Congress.
