An Act providing for the establishment, implementation and administration of a school property tax voucher program; establishing the School Property Tax Voucher Fund; allocating certain surplus revenues to the School Property Tax Voucher Fund; and imposing additional powers and duties on the Auditor General, the State Treasurer, the Secretary of the Budget, the Department of Community and Economic Development, school districts and county assessors.
