Short Title:

An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for drug trafficking sentencing and penalties, for sentence of partial confinement, for sentence of total confinement and for sentence of intermediate punishment; adding provisions relating to county intermediate punishment; and making a repeal.
