An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, defining the offense of "criminal gang activity"; adding the definition of "dangerous juvenile offender"; further providing for disposition of delinquent child and for loss of property rights to the Commonwealth; providing for sentences for criminal gang activity; providing penalties; and making an appropriation.
