A Resolution urging the Public School Employees' Retirement Fund, the State Employees' Retirement Fund, the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System and other public pension boards in Pennsylvania to divest the investments in tobacco industries and commending State Treasurer Barbara Hafer for divesting tobacco investments from the Tuition Account Program.
