Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 3, 1985 (P.L.164, No.45), known as the Emergency Medical Services Act, adding definitions; providing for duties of local governments and for joint cooperation development grants; imposing duties on the Department of Community and Economic Development; and further providing for legislative findings and intent, for the emergency medical services system, for duties of the Department of Health, for the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation and for the State Advisory Council.
