An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, adding definitions relating to contractors, construction, buildings and building machinery and equipment; further providing for an exclusion from sales tax for certain charitable organizations and for refunds; and providing an exclusion from sales tax for sales of building machinery and equipment.
