An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for terroristic threats, for harassment and stalking, for deceptive business practices and for prostitution and related offenses; providing penalties for selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages resulting in death to persons less than 21 years of age and for drug-free zones; and making an appropriation.
