An Act amending the act of July 11, 1957 (P.L.789, No.375), entitled "An act authorizing the Department of Property and Supplies, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to the City of Harrisburg a portion of Forster Island, situate in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County," removing provisions relating to exclusions of the conveyed property.
