An Act amending the act of October 18, 1988 (P.L.756, No.108), known as the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act, further providing for host municipality incentives and guarantees and for host municipality benefit fee; prohibiting the transportation or deposit of hazardous waste from other states; and making a repeal.
