An Act authorizing counties to impose sales and use, personal income or earned income and net profits taxes; providing for the levying, assessment and collection of taxes and for the powers and duties of the Department of Community and Economic Development or any successor agency, the Department of Revenue and the State Treasurer; and authorizing taxing authorities to grant deferrals of real estate tax to certain persons.
