An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for grounds for involuntary termination of parental rights; providing for mediation in divorce and custody matters and for disclosure of child support arrearage information; adding the definition of "consumer reporting agency"; further providing for support jurisdiction, for support expedition and for reciprocal enforcement of support; and providing for interstate and intrastate enforcement of family support.
