An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, changing the Department of Public Welfare to the Department of Human Services and making related editorial changes; providing for certain State contract requirements, for a review and report on the maximization of Federal and non-State funding sources and for a report on truancy.
