Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, further providing for the definition of "sale at retail"; exempting the sale of horses and certain services relating to horses in certain circumstances from the sales and use tax; and exempting feed and certain other equipment from the sales and use tax.
