An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.682, No.284), known as The Insurance Company Law of 1921, further providing for financial requirements, for agents, for prohibition of commissions and other considerations, for rate filing, for making of rates and for penalties; further providing for the operation of the Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association, for covered claims and for loans to companies; providing for conditions with respect to escrow, closing and settlement services and title indemnification accounts and for division of fees; providing for mutual to stock conversion and for contributions to surplus; further providing for investment; providing for additional investment authority for subsidiaries; and making repeals.
