Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 14, 1967 (P.L.746, No.345), known as the Savings Association Code of 1967, adding or amending certain definitions; providing for conversion to federally insured status; further providing for refund of capital deposits, for alternate conversion procedures, for dissolution of associations, for appointment of directors and for the dissolution of the Pennsylvania Savings Association Insurance Corporation; and making repeals.
