Short Title:
An Act amending the act of October 27, 1955 (P.L.744, No.222), known as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, providing for unlawful discriminatory practices relating to harassment and sexual harassment; defining "advertisement" and "advertiser"; providing for certain forms of advertisement; prohibiting certain public agencies and public utilities from discriminating or according preferential treatment with respect to employment, education and contracting; and providing for limitations and for the use of common language for official acts.
