Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, further providing for the definition of "contribution," for the organization of certain committees, for reporting by candidates, political committees and other persons, for contributions or expenditures by certain entities and for powers and duties of the Secretary of the Commonwealth; imposing restrictions on the raising and spending of campaign funds by candidates for the General Assembly and their political committees; prohibiting bundling of contributions; and providing for termination of political committees.
