Short Title:

An Act amending Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for distribution of fines, etc. and for forfeitures; regulating pursuit of vehicles by police; and further providing for the disposition of fines imposed for violations of Title 75 involving snowmobiles.
