Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 28, 1984 (P.L.150, No.28), known as the Automobile Lemon Law, extending the act to include leased vehicles; changing and adding definitions; providing for the Office of Automobile Lemon Law Actions; regulating new motor vehicle rustproofing; and further providing for remedies under the act.
