Short Title:
An Act amending Title 40 (Insurance) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for health insurance reforms and protections to consumers by limiting reasons for cancellation of insurance and regulating replacement of group coverage by another insurer with regard to continuity of coverage of when consumers change groups.
