An Act amending the act of December 22, 1989 (P.L.687, No.90), known as the Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Act, adding and amending certain definitions; providing for loan correspondents and wholesale table funders; further providing for license applications, requirements, exemptions, duration, fees, limitations, suspensions or revocations; authorizing certain additional fees to be charged; and further providing for enforcement and penalties.
