An Act providing for a Statewide single-payor health care system; establishing the Pennsylvania Unified Health System Payment Agency and the governing board and providing for their powers and duties and transferring certain responsibilities; providing for the Pennsylvania Unified Health Plan, for benefits and for public participation; establishing Regional Health Service Organizations and regions and providing for their responsibilities; providing for claims and billing, data collection, public reporting and access to data, establishing the Unified Health System Payment Fund; making an appropriation; and making repeals.
