An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, further providing for school district reimbursement definitions, for instruction payments, for payment limitations, for the economic supplement, for assistance to small school districts, for the low-expenditure, low-wealth supplement and for the low-expenditure poverty supplement; providing for foundation subsidy payments, for education subsidy base, for an equity supplement, for a foundation guarantee, for a minimum effort base, for an extraordinary growth supplement, for a limited revenue sources supplement, for discretionary funds for distressed school districts and for resource data in the foundation based equity formula; and further providing for payments generally.
