An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 23 (Domestic Relations) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for sexual offenses and the consequences of committing sexual offenses and for sentences for offenses against infant persons; providing for the testimony of children; and imposing penalties.
