L. 1200, No. 202), entitled "Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act," further defining "charitable organization," "commercial coventurer," "contribution," "professional fundraising counsel" and "professional solicitor"; and further providing for registration and fees, for filing information, deposits and withdrawals and for cancellations.
