An Act amending the act of November 30, 1965 (P. L. 847, No. 356), entitled "Banking Code of 1965," further providing for the duties of the Advisory Commission, for nonconforming loans, for the regulation of mutual holding companies, for requirements in connection with real estate loans, for residency requirements of directors or trustees and for the powers of the department.
