Short Title:
An Act facilitating medical treatment decision making by establishing a procedure whereby a person may execute in advance a written declaration indicating to a physician the person's desire for a physician to initiate, continue, withhold or withdraw certain medical treatment in the event the person suffers a terminal illness or injury and is incompetent; requiring in certain cases the provision of nutrition and hydration; and providing penalties.
