Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 22, 1933 (P. L. 853, No. 155), known as "The General County Assessment Law," limiting the act to counties of the first, second and second A classes; further providing for the powers of the county commissioners relating to assessments; expanding the powers of assessment boards in counties of the first, second and second A classes; providing for optional assessment revision and appeals procedures; and making repeals.
