An Act amending the act of March 30, 1937 (P. L. 115, No. 40), known as "The First Class City Permanent Registration Act," extending the time for canceling a registration; further providing for manner of registration; and prohibiting the use of information or lists of registered electors from the general register, the district registers or street lists for nonelection purposes.
