L. 955, No. 265), known as the "Housing Authorities Law," further providing for the appointment and removal of and for restrictions and limitations on members, executive directors and employees; further providing for the powers and duties of authorities and transferring administrative responsibilities to the Department of Community Affairs; and making a repeal.
