Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 7, 1982 (P. L. 784, No. 225), known as the "Dog Law," changing and adding definitions; providing for the powers and duties of animal control officers; further providing for quarantines for seizure and detention of licensed dogs, for enforcement of the act, for penalties, for killing certain dogs, for registration of dangerous dogs, for public safety relating to dangerous dogs, for damages caused by dogs, for payment of claims for damages, for damages caused by coyotes and for the applicability of the act; and making editorial changes.
