An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929," further providing for mandating costs for crime victims and witness programs; imposing costs for substance abuse programs, intermediate punishment programs and offender supervision programs; and further providing for the fees levied by the various administrative departments, boards and commissions.
