Short Title:
An Act amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, extending the period of existence of the Pennsylvania Veterans' Memorial Commission; further providing for leaves of absence and for employment discrimination involving military status of members of the Pennsylvania National Guard and other reserve components of the armed forces of the United States; and further providing for powers and duties of the Department of Military Affairs relating to employment discrimination.
