Short Title:

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P. L. 30, No. 14), known as the "Public School Code of 1949," further providing for filling of vacancies in the office of school director; prohibiting the use of anabolic steroids by pupils involved in school-related athletics; providing for seniority credit for certain leaves; deleting certain provisions relating to nonresident children; prohibiting strip searches; and further providing for reimbursements for the purchase of buildings.
