An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P. L. 682, No. 284), known as "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," providing for requirements relating to minimum capital surplus for certain insurers; increasing capital requirements for certain insurance companies; authorizing stock insurers to establish more than one class or series of shares and to permit different voting rights according to the class of shares; and providing for coverage for mammographic examination.
